TNK Hydraulic HVLP Hydraulic Oil Series

DESCRIPTION

TNK Hydraulic oils are multigrade hydraulic oils for year-round application as working fluid in
hydraulic systems and drives of construction, forest, weight-lifting and other industrial
machinery working on open air within temperature range from minus 30 up to plus 60 °C.
These oils are manufactured from high quality hydrotreated mineral base stock mixed with
multifunctional additive package improving antioxidation, anticorrosion, antiwear, antifoaming
properties and also demulsibility, viscosity index and lowering pour point.

FEATURES

TNK Hydraulic oil have following advantages:
High viscosity index assures lubricating oil wedge within designated temperature
range and good pumpability under low temperatures
Special antiwear properties allow the oil perfectly work in friction pairs of type “steelsteel”
and “steel-bronze” in all operation conditions
Balanced composition gives these oils outstanding thermal and hydrolytic stability,
prolong filters lifetime
Prevent corrosion and diminish negative effects caused by water in the system
Effective antifoam additives and good air release properties lower the risk of air
bubbles entering into the system and consequently damaging hydraulic pumps

STANDARDS/APPROVALS

All grades within TNK Hydraulic HVLP series are developed and correspond to the requirements
of DIN 51524 part III (HVLP). Complies with ISO 11158. Approved by Bosch-Rexroth, Denison
