TNK Reductor CLP Ind Gear Oils




DESCRIPTION

 

TNK Reductor CLP series have been developed for use in gear boxes of imported and locally made modern industrial equipment operating under average or/and high stress, including shock loads, and also for use in circulation systems of various heavy duty mechanisms, in friction units of automatic hot forming presses, and other heavy duty elements of industrial equipment.
TNK Reductor CLP series are designed to unify the range of EP additive-type gear oils. It represents carefully balanced blend of hydrotreated mineral base stocks and additives, improving lubricating, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP) properties.
FEATURES
TNK Reductor CLP series have the following advantages:
 Unification and broad viscosity range allow for meeting practically every demand of enterprises for oils of this series
 Additive content provides for much higher level of operating properties comparing to base oils (I-40°, I-50o, MS-20 series) used as gear oils and earlier versions of gear oils (type ITD)
 Improved anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties allow for significant reduction of costs associated with equipment repairs and downtime
 Oil anti-oxidation stability provides with significant reserve of performance properties

STANDARDS/APPROVALS

TNK Reductor CLP series are developed and correspond to the requirements of DIN 51507 part III (CLP). They comply with ISO VG 100, 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680.
Approved by Danielli, OJSC “Reductor”, OJSC “NKMZ”, Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation.
Complies with requirements of Flender (rev. 9).
